Ana Rocha

lives in Curitiba, where she acts as an independent curator and exhibition producer. She has organized and coordinated several exhibitions, monographics and group shows, has already contributed to various exhibition catalogs and critical essays. Her most recent works are: "Sensitive Intensities" (2016) with artists Daniel Duda, Juliana Gisi, Lailana Krinski and Samuel Dicow, held at the Galeria Diretriz de Arte Contemporânea and "Colapso" (2015), with artists Cleverson Oliveira, Fernando Burjato and Gabriele Gomes, at Museum Oscar Niemeyer (MON-Curitiba). Ana was one of the curators in the Bienal de Curitiba 2015, alongside Daniel Rangel and Goura Nataraj, at the Premio Jovens Curadores. She was the production coordinator of the Curitiba Biennial in 2013. Among other projects, between 2011 and 2012, was curator of the Espaço Finnacena , where under her curatorship there were exhibitions, book fairs and cinema sessions. Before that she was the editor of #LAB - an art critic's laboratory. Ana graduated in Visual Arts By the Universidade Tuiuti (2009) and has Grad School in Visual Arts by the Universidade Positivo (2014).

 

Milla Jung 

Artist and researcher in the areas of visual arts, image, artistic practices and contemporary art. Jung is a Visual Poetics Ph.D candidate (USP) and has a Masters on Visual Arts (UDESC). She also has a specialization in "Photography as an instrument for social sciences research" (UCAM) with advanced traineeships at the International Center of Photography-NY and The School of Photography (Prague).

Jung directed the Center for the study of Photography in Curitiba a space dedicated to photography thinking and investigation, she is currently a professor at Tuiuti University. In 2015 she was in Spain doing research on different artistic plataforms and translated Marcelo Expósito's "Art as modes of organization".

In the recent past Jung has been envolved in the following projects:  “Pensamento como prática” (FUNARTE Fellowship), "País Imaginário" (FCC Felowship). "País Imaginário" was nominated for the III Diário Contemporâneo de Fotografia prize. In 2014 she published “Anotações sobre a fotografia contemporânea como reflexão crítica no campo da arte” with the support of  XII Funarte Marc Ferrez grant. She has shown her work in many latin american and european cities.

Maria Baptista

Lives and works in Curitiba.  Baptista has a B.A in Architecture  (UFPR), has also studied Sculpture (Escultura na Escola de Belas Artes do Paraná) and has a specialization in Visual Poetics. 

Baptista's work is based on photography and tridimensional language research. She creates objects, visual installations and experiments with eco-art.

Tiago Coelho

Is graduated in Cinema (Porto Alegre), has a Master in documentary photography at EFTI (Madrid). He is Professor of Photography at UNISINOS and at the Photography Studies Group of the Muscat Gallery and He is the creative director at Muscat Gallery (Porto Alegre)

In 2016 he has participated in the artistic residence of Verzasca FOTO Festival, Sonogno, Switzerland; He got awarded with the:  2nd place in the Conrado Wessel Foundation Art Award 2015. 2nd place at FINI (International Image Festival), Mexico. Selected for the MUFF Caminos Joint - CdF Photography Festival, Montevideo, Uruguay.

In 2015 Thiago participated in the first World Press Photo Masterclass Latin America; Photography Biennial Photoquai 05 (Paris); 3rd Place Paraty em Foco Multimedia and was nominated for the Joop Swart Masterclass 2015 (World Press Photo).

Individual exhibitions at Verzasca Photo Festival (Switzerland), Lianzhou Photo Festival (China), Cdf (Uruguay), PhotoVisa (Russia), MUMBAT and Galeria Alicia D'Amico (Argentina), Atelier da Imagem (Rio de Janeiro, Cultural Center, Usina do Gasômetro, CCMQ and Galeria Muscate (Porto Alegre, Brazil). Collective exhibitions in Brazil, Turkey, Russia, France, China, Switzerland, Uruguay, Argentina, Spain and Portugal.

Daniel Barbosa

Integrates the team of Estudio Invertido, a specialist in graphic production, letterpress, serigraphy, bookbinding and artisan graphic finishes. Daniel does the bookbinding and is the editor of the Estudio Invertido. For ten years he has been developing editorial projects of art and literature, using artisanal methods and processes of editorial and graphic production. During the last years he has been giving workshops throughout Brazil.

Pedro Vieira

is a Brazilian Photographer. He has a Master in Photography from  Blank Paper (Madri) and a specialization in Creativity Process and Images from Processo de criação Tuiuti University (Brazil). His work has been shown In Venezuela, Ecuador, Madrid, Curitiba and Lisbon. His latest work is L.A.Tino, a photobook edited by Sem Licença

Milena Costa

is a visual artist, researcher and cultural producer. She is currently a Sociology Ph.D Candidate at UFPR with research on Contemporary Latin American Art.  Her works have been shown in different Latin American cities, USA, Portugal, Curitiba and São Paulo.

Agustín Rincón Méndez (Venezuela).

has developed himself in different artistic disciplines, such as visual artist, curator, screenwriter, comedian stand up, publisher poet and producer of experimental music. He has participated in many international exhibitions as artist, producer, manager or curator, and in countries as Germany, France, Switzerland, Turkey, Uruguay, Ecuador, Brazil, Argentina and Venezuela. In 2013 he received a scholarship to perform his master's degree in combined artistic languages ​​at UNA, Buenos Aires, Argentina. There he produced the experimental poetic project "Mantraña records", besides creating the project of social sculpture "Artemula" and the artistic micro-residence CASA ES ARTE. He also produces and acts in "REAL" a weekly comedy event. He currently works as a manager and independent curator in different cultural production spaces with the project Long life the new meat.
